Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Parminder Singh submits that pursuant to direction given by this Court on 02.06.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the order dated 02.06.2020 is hereby made absolute.

The petition stands disposed of.
