       This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging inaction on the part of the respondent-authorities on the complaints filed him against the private respondents regarding misuse of residential accommodation for commercial purposes. It is stated that though the concerned Municipal Corporation had taken cognizance of the matter in the year 2021 but no action thereafter has been taken by the authorities' inspite of repeated requests made by the petitioner.

Learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondent-State of Haryana submits that necessary steps as required by law would be taken by the concerned authorities expeditiously in accordance with law.

In view of the statement made by learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana and taking the same on record, the petition stands disposed of. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
