Present petition has been filed seeking issuance of direction to learned trial Court at Judicial Court Mahendergarh in case bearing No.COMI/10/2020 dated 31.01.2020 titled as Mukesh Singh Vs. BR Constructions and others under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 471, 120-B of IPC, which is pending for dated 20.05.2026, may kindly be decided expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by way of filing of CRM-M-649542024 titled as Mukesh Singh Vs. State of Haryana and others, which has already been decided by this Court vide order dated 30.01.2025 directing the learned trial Court to expedite the trial, however, learned trial Court is not following the said directions and also allowed the application seeking exemption filed on behalf of the accused persons. 3.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and perusing the record, it is apparent that the prayer of the petitioner has already been dealt with by disposing of CRM-M-64954-2024 titled as 'Mukesh Singh Vs. State of Haryana and others', vide order dated 30.01.2025, whereby, necessary direction was issued to learned trial Court to expedite the trial.
