This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.94 dated 17.05.2020 (P1), registered at Police Station Badli, District Jhajjar, who had been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 285/506/34 of IPC.

At the very outset, learned State counsel has referred to reply wherein it has been categorically stated that after completion of investigation, report under Section 173 Cr.P.C was filed before the trial Court on 29.07.2020 and the petitioner has been granted regular bail on 16.06.2020.
