(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents for conducting fair and impartial investigation in FIR No. 23, dated 06.03.2022 under Section 302, 341, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Division No. 1, Pathankot.

Learned State counsel on instructions submits that in this case, charges were framed on 13.07.2022 and six witnesses have been recorded. Given above, the present petition stands disposed of.
