Mr. Manjeet Singh, Advocate for the respondents. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not challenge the quantum of interim maintenance as awarded by the learned Trial Court @ `15,000/- per month. The learned counsel for the petitioner has, however, submitted that it may be clarified that the said amount is not to be paid in addition to the amount, which the respondent-wife is getting as maintenance in proceedings under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act pending a divorce petition between the parties. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is disposed off with a direction that the amount of `15,000/- per month awarded as interim maintenance during pendency of petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. shall be PANKAJ KAKKAR 2021.03.22 16:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
( 2 ) CRR(F)-197-2019 (O&M) paid while adjusting the amount which the respondent-wife may be getting as maintenance awarded under any other proceedings. In other words, it is calrified that the respondent-wife is not to get maintenance twice over as awarded under different proceedings.
