(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.95 dated 09.07.2015, registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Raja Sansi, District Amritsar Rural (P1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise and affidavit both dated 12.02.2019 (P-2 and P-3). Pursuant to order dated 27.03.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 15.05.2019 along with receipts of `15,000/- to get their statements recorded. Learned Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Division)-cum-SDJM, Ajnala, has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.185 dated 16.05.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Amritsar, through e-mail dated 16.05.2019. CRM-M-13891 of 2019 --2-- cum-SDJM, Ajnala, is satisfied that the matter has been compromised with the free and voluntary consent of complainant and the accused persons. No accused has been declared as proclaimed offender. Considering the report of ld. Addl. Civil Judge (Sr. Division)- cum-SDJM, Ajnala, dated 16.05.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.95 dated 09.07.2015 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners only. Disposed of accordingly.
