**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Vide this peƟƟon, the peƟƟoner seeks quashing of FIR. However, aŌer that the charges were framed and the same has also been challenged by the peƟƟoner in CRR1629-2021. Given above, the prayer for quashing of FIR has merged with the criminal revision peƟƟon and it shall be considered in the said case. The present peƟƟon stands disposed of. It is clarified that disposal of the present peƟƟon shall not come in the way while deciding the revision peƟƟon i.e. CRR1629-2021. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
