By filing present writ petition, petitioner is seeking quashing of order dated 30.11.2018 (P-15) passed by Commissioner, Gurugram Division, Gurugram whereby respondent no.3-Birmati, on an application moved by her, has been provided passage through the land of petitioners, being one of the co-owners.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
