(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners have prayed for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 1 to 3, to protect their life and liberty at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 8. Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Sh. Vijender Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Panipat, on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 in Court today. The same is taken on record. Office to tag the same at the appropriate place. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the reply filed by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition.
