(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Gurpreet Singh in case FIR No.0214 dated 01.06.2018 registered under Section 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala. Learned counsel for the complainant on the previous date had raised no objection qua grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Pursuant thereto, petitioner was directed to appear before the Investigating Officer. Learned State counsel has submitted that in pursuance to the said order, petitioner has been joined in the investigation. Since complainant has no objection to the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, therefore, order dated 29.06.2018 is made absolute. Disposed of.
