(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for quashing of summoning order dated 10.02.2021 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Tarn Taran in criminal complaint No.NACT-112 of 2020. Further prayer has been made to quash the criminal complaint No.NACT-112 of 2020, dated 26.02.2020, titled as "M/s. Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited vs Palwinder Jit Singh" under Sections 142 and 138 of the NI Act, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas taken in the present petition at an appropriate stage during the course of trial.
