The prayer in the present petition under Articles 226/227 is for protecting the life and liberty of the petitioners and for directing respondent No.3 not to harass them, as the dispute is purely commercial in nature. 2.

The learned counsel for the State submits that in view of the reply dated 26.03.2025, wherein the investigating agency has found that the matter is of civil nature, they do not intend to proceed against the petitioners and thus, at this stage, the present petition can be disposed of. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the contention of the learned State counsel.

In view of the submissions made by the parties on the strength of the affidavit dated 26.03.2025, the present petition is disposed of. 5.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
