State of Punjab and others .............Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Akhilesh Vyas,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioner is a loanee from a Finance Company for a sum of Rs.5.50 lacs towards purchase of a Tata vehicle. It is submitted that he is a defaulter in instalments and is facing threats from the officials of the Finance Company for seizure of the vehicle. Therefore, the prayer is for issuing a direction to restrain the Finance Company from dispossessing the petitioner from usage of said vehicle.
After hearing learned counsel and going through the contents of the petition, it is apparent that the cause of action, if any, would lie before Civil Courts in accordance with law. This is not proper forum for such kind of relief.
In view of the above,present petition stands dismissed. 11.08.2015.
