Present appeal pertains to the year 1997. None has been putting in appearance on behalf of the appellants despite service. As per office report, the sole respondent remains unserved with the report that the respondent-Mill has since been closed.

Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants as well as the respondent.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
