This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 130 dated 16.06.2017 under sections 420, 120-B IPC and section 66(D), 74 of Information Technology Act, 2000 at Police Station Gobindgarh Mandi, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Narinder Singh, who is present in court, submits that pursuant to order dated 03.10.2017, petitioner has joined the investigation. He has been found innocent by the investigating agency.

In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
