*** RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned resolution dated 07.03.2024 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Administrator, respondent No.5 to the extent of construction being carried out inside the veterinary hospital compound (CVH) village Duggan, rather the same be constructed as per the earlier resolutions of the Gram Panchayat dated 28.01.2023 and amended resolution dated 09.03.2023. Further prayer has been made for staying the resolution dated 07.03.2024 passed by respondent No.5 (Annexure P-3) and for directing respondents to construct the proposed Gram Panchayat Bhawan cum Library by giving effect to the resolutions dated 28.01.2023 and amended resolution dated 09.03.2023 dully approved/passed by the then Gram Panchayat village Duggan and not to proceed further in the matter until the representation dated 18.03.2024 (Annexure P-4) be decided by following the principles of natural justice.

CWP No.7085 of 2024 -2- 2024:PHHC:041891 Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their alternative remedy of challenging the resolutions in accordance with law. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioners file any such petition challenging the resolutions, the competent authority would decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
