Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the transfer order dated 16.03.2024, Annexure P-7, whereby the claim of petitioner for couple case was not considered, and she has been transferred from District Bhiwani to District Sirsa, whereas her husband is working in the same department, and in same district. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case she is permitted to make a representation to the respondents raising the grievance as has been raised in the instant petition with a direction to the third respondent to decide the same within a specified period.

Mr. Sanjeev Kaushik, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, submits that in case any representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of one week, the AVIN KUMAR 2024.04.19 08:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
