(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.203 dated 22.12.2021, registered under Sections 323, 325, 308, 341, 506, 148, 149 and 427 IPC, at Police Station City-I Mansa, District Mansa.
Vide order dated 22.04.2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jaspal Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of AMAN JAIN 2022.08.23 17:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
