(Oral) After arguing for some time counsel for the petitioner made prayer he be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court and the application moved by the petitioner for grant of regular bail be decided in given time frame, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdraw with aforesaid liberty to surrender before the trial Court within next 15 days and to file regular bail application, which is to be disposed of by the trial Court in accordance with law within next 7 days thereof.
