Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case the petitioners have any grievance for non-grant of the marks under the Socio Economic Criteria despite being entitled and in case any such claim is raised before the authorities concerned by way of representation, the said claim will be considered and appropriate order on the said claim will be passed within a period of four weeks of the receipt of any such claim. 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate representation. 7.
