Present:

Mr. SC Chabbra, Advocate for the appellant.

* * * * Counsel for the appellant submits that the learned Tribunal dismissed the claim petition leaving the parties to bear their costs. Counsel also pointed out that the claim was filed by the appellant against the private respondent. Counsel, ultimately, submitted that he is unable to provide the address of the respondent as the same has not been provided by the appellant despite sending registered letters to him. Counsel, in the circumstances, submits that the appeal be consigned to record. Liberty may, however, be granted to get it revived in case of need. For the stand of the learned counsel for the appellant, this appeal is ordered to be consigned to record with liberty to the appellant to get it revived, if need be.
