(ORAL) The petitioner herein has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 16 dated 22.01.2017, under Sections 363/366/376 IPC and Sections 11 & 12 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter has been compromised between the parties by relying upon Affidavit Annexure P-2 annexed with this petition.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State had sought time to verify about the genuineness of the compromise entered into between the parties.
