Prayer made in the present petition is for restoration of grant of second higher standard pay scale, which as is apparent from the written statement was withdrawn in view of clause condition No.4 of the circular dated 08.02.1994 as the petitioner had forgone her promotion twice, which due to efflux of time might not be surviving. 2.

Disposed of, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived, in case need arises.
