Petitioner No. 1-Sanjay Bhardwaj in person Mr. Rajiv Sharma, APP, UT, Chandigarh Fateh Deep Singh, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Sohan Singh, Police Station Sector-36, Chandigarh submits that as on date there is no FIR pending against the petitioners for any criminal act in which the petitioners are required nor any complaint has been filed against them and neither the UT police intends to arrest them in any case. However, in future if the petitioners are required in any such criminal case, they will be given clear seven days notice in writing to enable them to take legal recourse. Official respondent shall be bound by this statement.

The petition stands disposed of.
