On the asking of the court, Mr. Rajesh Bhardwaj, Sr. DAG, Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. He submits that representation, Annexure P-3, of the petitioner shall be considered by the competent authority by taking into consideration Rule 3.27 of the Punjab Civil Services Rules Volume I (Part I) within ten days from today.

In case, any adverse order is passed, same shall be conveyed to the petitioner forthwith.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
