On 13.05.2024 learned counsel for the appellant had sought some time to implead the legal representatives of the appellant. Today learned counsel for the appellant states that he has no instructions in the matter.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. As per the office report, sole appellant as well as respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 are stated to have died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant as well as respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
