Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482 of BNS, 2023 (corresponding Section 438 of Cr.P.C.), is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Section 21-61-85 of NDPS Act, 1985 (Section 29 of NDPS Act, added later on), in a case arising out of FIR No.20, dated 09.02.2026, registered at Police Station Division No.1, District Pathankot. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, informs that petitioner has since been arrested, therefore, present petition has been rendered infructuous and same may be disposed of as such. 3.

Dismissed as infructuous.
