This is an application for disposing of the main appeal in terms of the compromise dated 26.07.2024 entered into between the parties. 2.

Vide order dated 08.04.2025 the parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for recording of their statements with regard to the compromise. 3.

Statements have since been recorded. In view of the compromise dated 26.07.2024 appended with the present application, the main appeal is to be withdrawn in terms of the settlement. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that the matter stands since settled between the parties and that he has no objection if the present application is allowed.
