ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 31.01.2023, when none appeared for parties and Registry was asked to issue notice to learned counsels for the parties. Needful has been done. Office report reveals that learned counsels for appellants have been informed through e-mail, yet none appears. It seems that by sheer effluxion of time, since appeal has been pending for the last more than 26 years, appellants have lost interest to pursue the appeal, as none appears on behalf of appellants.
