***** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certioirari for quashing of the impugned Transfer Order dated 11.03.2020 (Annexure P-2).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives in the present writ petition as the grievance raised by the petitioner stands addressed.

In the light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner do not want to press the instant petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
