(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 not to harass the petitioner, who is an old man aged 82 years by registration of false FIR. And further to conduct proper enquiry on receipt of any complaint against the petitioner pertaining to dispute in management of "Shri Jainendra Gurukul, Panchkula" Society by any present or previous tenants of the above society.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner of Police, Panchkula, Mini Secretariat, Sector-1, Panchkula, is directed to look into representation sent through e-mail dated 13.02.2019 (P-8) by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.
