The present appeal pertains to the year 1996. Vide order dated 28.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, appellant stands duly served through nephew. However, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant despite service. Sole respondent is stated to have died. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.
Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
