MADAAN Present:- Mr. Jashan Mehta, Advocate for the petitioner. *** After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the revision petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition granting him liberty to approach the First Appellate Court of Additional District Judge, Bathinda where the appeal filed by the revision petitioner is pending seeking stay of operation of the judgment and decree passed by the trial Court.

Permission is granted. The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. On filing of such application, learned Additional District Judge shall dispose it of as per law. (H.S.
