On the asking of the Court, Mr. V. G. Jauhar, Senior DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3. In this petition, the petitioner prays for a direction upon respondent No.3/SHO Police Station, Purana Shalla, District Gurdaspur, to comply with the provision of Section 160 Cr.P.C. by giving written notice in advance, in case his presence is required, in connection with any investigation, inquiry or complaint. His allegation is that the private respondent No.4 in connivance with respondent No.3 has been endeavouring to harass the petitioner by making false/frivolous complaints against him.
