This is an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of respondents No.2(iii), (iv) and (vi) - Prempal Singh, Chanderpal Singh and Harpal Singh - who are stated to have died. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The legal representatives as mentioned in paras 2, 3 and 4 of the application are impleaded as party. Amended memo of parties is taken on record. Vakalatnama signed by legal representatives of respondents No.2(iii), (iv) and (vi) has already been appended with the application, which is taken on record.
