(Oral) Petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of Certiorari, for quashing the order dated 19.02.2019 (Annexure P-3), passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chandigarh as well as the possession notice dated 05.02.2014 (Annexure P-1), passed by respondent No.1, under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (in short 'the SARFAESI Act, 2002'). A further prayer for issuing direction to the respondents to deliver the possession of the property of the petitioner, has also been made.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies as are available to him, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
