Present appeal pertains to the year 1997. Vide order dated 15.12.2023 fresh notices were issued to the appellants as well as respondent No.1. As per office report, appellant Nos.1 and 2 remain unserved for want of complete address. Respondent No.1 also remains unserved. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. This is the only address of the appellants available in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Courts.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
