The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.179 dated 23.11.2019 registered under Sections 347-B, 411, 34 IPC at Police Station Subhanpur, Kapurthala.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court and prays that his bail application be directed to be decided within a time bound manner.
