#$ !% Report dated 10.09.2015 of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridabad has been received whereby after recording statements of complainants Vijay Chopra and Ajay Chopra and the accused persons namely Tarseek Goel, Amit Goyal and Meenu Goyal, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise Ex.C1 has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.

Heard.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
