The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for quashing of FIR No. 131 dated 26.07.2022, under Sections 353, 186, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Kotwali Bathinda, District Bathinda and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom on account of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the instant petition, as the complainant being Civil Surgeon and Public Officer in the Health Department of the Government, is not competent to enter into a compromise in his individual capacity. 3.

Prayer is accepted.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
