IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA

AT CHANDIGARH CRM-M-26085 of 2017 Date of Decision: 18.08.2017 Smt. Angoori Devi ....Petitioner

Versus

State of Haryana and others ....Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN Present: - Mr. Ashok Kaushik, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Vikas Chopra, DAG, Haryana.

Mr. Anshuman Dalal, Advocate, for respondents No.4 to 6. Mr. Balkar Singh, Advocate, for respondents No.8 to 10. Mr. Harish Bhardwaj, Advocate, for respondents No.12 and 13. RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for transfer of investigation in case FIR No.32 dated 04.02.2017 under Sections 365, 302, 201 and 120-B read with Section 34 IPC registered at Police Station City Gohana, District Sonepat to CBI or some independent agency.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Krishan Kumar, contends that SIT has also investigated the case besides the investigation done by the investigating officer. Representations of the petitioner dated 03.06.2016, 25.04.2017 and 09.03.2017 (Annexures P-2 to P-4, respectively) were not found genuine. Charge has already been framed on 10.08.2017 and, thus, the instant petition has rendered infructuous. In view of submissions made by learned State counsel, the petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous. (RAMENDRA JAIN) August 18, 2017 JUDGE R.S.
