*** For the last three dates of hearing there has not been any representation on behalf of the petitioner. Similarly nobody appeared for the petitioner in the Court today. Learned State counsel informs that untraced report in the matter has been prepared and has been filed in the Court of Ilaqa Magistrate at Bhiwani and notice thereof has been issued to the complainant, who is the petitioner before this Court but he is not appearing there for the reasons best known to him. In view of such factual positions submitted by the State counsel on instructions from ASI Sita Ram from Police Station Sadar Bhiwani, the complainant shall have a right to appear and oppose the untraced report. However, as far as the present petition is concerned the same stands dismissed.
