Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking cancellation of regular bail granted to respondents No. 2 and 3 in FIR No. 289 dated 3.6.2014 under Section 148, 149, 323, 447, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat. Reply on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned State counsel has submitted that this petition has been rendered infructuous as the bail granted to respondents No. 2 and 3 has been cancelled by the Trial Court as the said respondents had absented.

Ordered accordingly.
