Instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 for not harassing/implicating the petitioners in false criminal case at the instance of respondents No.4 to 8 on account of solemnization of marriage by the petitioners against the wishes of respondents No.4 to 8. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties. He seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition.
