The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.19 dated 22.02.2024, under Sections 323, 506 IPC, 1860; Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 10, 11 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006, registered at Police Station Women, Ballabhgarh, District Faridabad (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise deed dated 06.03.2024 (Annexure P-3). 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
