ARUN PALLI, J (Oral) At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent-HSVP, has shared with us a communication dated 12.07.2024, issued by the Administrator (HQ), HSVP, Panchkula to the Administrator, HSVP, Gurugram, which indicates that with the approval of Hon'ble TCPM-cum-Chairman, HSVP, the petitioner would be allotted an alternate plot out of plots that are available with the respondent authorities, for which an online draw of lots would be conducted. Copy of the said letter is retained on record as "Mark-X".

Upon being pointedly asked, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the authorities would hold an online draw of lots within two weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the wake of this development, the petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
