The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 (corresponding to Section 438 Cr.P.C) has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0667, dated 03.09.2025 under Sections 109(1), 61(2) and 238 of the BNS (corresponding to Sections 307, 120-B & 201 IPC) and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Sadar, Karnal.

This Court vide order dated 10.03.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 10.03.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
