Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondents No.1, 2 and 5 to transfer the enquiry/ investigation into false FIR No. 208 dated 25.11.2015, under Sections 420, 120B IPC, registered at Police Station Sahnewal, Ludhiana City to Crime Branch Punjab at Chandigarh i.e. respondent No.3.

In terms of the order dated 25.11.2019, petitioner is present inperson and on his instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petition has been rendered infructuous.
