Learned State counsel, on instructions from Head Constable Ajeem Khan, submits that the cancellation report in the FIR in question i.e. FIR No.70 dated 29.04.2023 registered for the offences under Section 6 of the Prevention Of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 34, 363, 366-A and 376 of IPC at Police Station Uttawar, District Palwal, Haryana has been submitted in the concerned Court.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedy(s) as available in law.
